Derrick Johnson is the President, CEO, and founder of REAL PROPERTIES INC. Originally from Sacramento California, Derrick has always had affection for real estate. After relocating to Southern California, a complete remodel of his own residence initiated his passion for developing, and REAL PROPERTIES INC was established. His creativity coupled with his background as a serial entrepreneur has allowed him to have a unique advantage as a developer.

Born in Northern California, Tani relocated to Los Angeles after obtaining her Degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado. Her love for real estate began early when she purchased her first rental property while in college. Tani’s current role includes relationship and project management for REAL PROPERTIES INC.

As Vice President of Operations, John brings over 20 years of Corporate Finance and Business Development experience. With the vast majority of his professional experience coming from Fortune 500 organizations, he ensures that REAL PROPERTIES INC operates effectively and efficiently.

With a degree in Architecture and Engineering from Arizona State University, Jarrett has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. As a licensed General Contractor and a native of Culver City, Jarrett has built a substantial number of ultra-luxury homes all over Los Angeles and surrounding beach cities.

Kurt brings over 20 years of project management experience from a variety of fields including tech, entertainment, production, and construction. From his first barn building project on his family farm while growing up, to building homes both domestically and internationally, Kurt understands how to coordinate teams and tasks to ensure the projects at REAL PROPERTIES INC are completed to the highest quality.
